Please note that all orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners).
Or, please quote your purchase order number if you have an account with Watsonia Publishing.
No returns will be accepted unless Watsonia Publishing has issued a signed Returns Authorisation Note. A Returns Authorisation Note is valid for 1 month only.
Application is made to Watsonia Publishing for approval to return. This may be done by phone or email. Goods returned without prior written approval may not be credited and may be returned to customers at their own expense. Items supplied as "Firm Sale only" cannot be returned.
Damaged goods/incorrect supply
Where Watsonia Publishing has sent incorrect or damaged goods, Watsonia Publishing must be notified within 7 days of receipt. We will accept the return at our expense via a Watsonia Publishing nominated carrier and replacement stock will be issued.
Returns due to incorrect customer ordering must be advised within 7 days of receipt of goods and return must be effected within 30 days of receipt.
Where the customer has ordered the incorrect material, it may be returned at the customer's expense and in "mint" condition suitable for resale. A credit will be processed for the invoiced value of the goods returned less 50% of their retail value.
Please ensure that goods being returned are well protected, preferably using the original packaging. Material returned in a condition unsuitable for resale will not be credited.
We regret we cannot accept the return of manuals that have been ordered with customised content, client covers and/or footers.
Watsonia Publishing manuals are printed using an on-demand service. We cannot accept returns for manual titles that are earlier than those that appear on our current order form. These manuals have been specially printed for the order.
